You have to understand that the only way people are going to want to do business with you is if you build trust. You do this by building a relationship with them. Ask them questions and get them to talk about their wants and needs. Then you simply offer them a way to fill this need (that is through your product or business). Make sure you are friendly and courteous. Allow them time to think before they make a decision. If you make people feel comfortable, they will buy from you.

These are always useful sites to keep up to date with, and it will improve your contact with your audience immensely.
